Adam McKay’s Netflix comedy “Don’t Look Up” has set in place one of the most star-studded casts in recent film history.
While Jennifer Lawrence has long been attached to the project, Deadline has confirmed the following actors are set to join her in the project: Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill, Rob Morgan, Himesh Patel, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Kid Cudi, Matthew Perry, and Tomer Sisley.
McKay is writing and directing as his follow-up to “Vice.”As previously reported, “Don’t Look Up” will star Lawrence as a low-level astronomer who discovers along with her partner that a giant asteroid is heading toward earth and will destroy it.
The scientists embark on a tour around the country warning the population about its inevitable death, but people aren’t so quick to believe them or care.
