Adam Sandler is moving from Murder Mystery to Halloween hijinx, as sources tell Collider that he’s set to star in the Netflix movie Hubie Halloween, which he’ll also produce via his Happy Madison banner.
A representative for the streaming service did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Frequent Sandler collaborator Steven Brill is set to direct the creepy comedy from a script that Sandler co-wrote with Tim Herlihy (The Wedding Singer).
Brill is slated to start shooting Hubie Halloween in July in Boston.
