Maas’s bestselling fantasy novel A Court of Thorns and Roses is headed to the big screen after German producer Constantin Film picked up the rights.
The company, whose credits include The Baader Meinhof Complex, the Resident Evil franchise and TV series Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments, is working with Piers Tempest and Jo Bamford’s Tempo Entertainment on the project, which will be written by rising British writer Rachel Hirons (Kiss Me First).
