“Dumb and Dumber” is celebrating its 24th anniversary this December, but stars Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey got the celebration started early during a surprise reunion on the April 17 edition of “Conan.” Daniels stopped by the TBS talk show to promote his Hulu drama series “The Looming Tower,” but Carrey crashed the interview and turned the focus to the duo’s classic Farrelly brothers comedy.“I love being around [Jeff].
I watch everything he does,” Carrey said about his co-star.
“He’s the most versatile actor working today.
It’s unbelievable what he does.
I especially enjoy watching him do interviews because I know you he them, especially the parts where he talks about how working with me changed the course of his life.
That I enjoy more than anything.”While Carrey was joking, Daniels admitted that “Dumb and Dumber” really did change his life.
