‘Florida Project,’ ‘Strong Island’ Directors Honored at Rooftop Films Gala

Bart’s Church on Thursday night, Rooftop Films transformed the holy space into a place to celebrate its own religion: independent film.

Over the altar, a projection of the Rooftop Films logo flickered.
