Embankment Films handling sales on feature doc.Simon Chinn, the two-time Oscar-winning producer of Man On Wire and Searching For Sugar Man, is plotting a feature documentary about the life, career and fall from grace of former movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.Citizen Harvey is also from Chinn’s Emmy-winning cousin Jonathan Chinn (La 92) who produces through their Lightbox banner alongside Poppy Dixon (The Imposter).
Bafta-nominee Ursula Macfarlane (Captive) is directing.Embankment Films will launch sales on the project at Cannes Film Festival next week.The BBC is co-producing and co-financing the film.
