Say what you will about Brad Peyton‘s (“San Andreas“) ridiculously goofy cinematic adaptation “Rampage,” based on the 1986 arcade game of the same name, but it owns up to its inherent silliness.
A big, brawny, bombastic, gleefully rambunctious big budgeted slice of pre-summer movie season ludicrousness, it has all the markings of a stupendously stupid good time at the movies — especially with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and a giant CG albino gorilla at the forefront of this chaotic charge.
