The Front Runner star joins an honour roll including Judi Dench and Robert DeNiro.The Santa Barbara International Film Festival is to present its thirteenth annual Kirk Douglas Award for Excellence in Film to Hugh Jackman, star of upcoming awards contender The Front Runner.The award will be presented at a gala dinner at the Ritz Carlton Bacara in the central California coastal city on November 19.
The thirty-fourth annual Santa Barbara festival runs January 30 to February 9, 2019.Oscar nominee Jackman is best known for films including The Greatest Showman and Les Miserables and his appearances several of the X-Men franchise entries.
