The Avengers star will work with the Thor: Ragnarok director on his next movie Jojo Rabbit for Fox Searchlight.
Jojo Rabbit is set in World War II and follows a German boy in Hitler’s army who discovers that his mother (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding a Jewish girl in their home.
Per Variety who broke the news, this is Taika Waititi’s next project after fielding many offers post Ragnarok.
He will now focus on casting the young boy.
