You might not remember it very well, but the rock duo Tenacious D, comprised of comedians Jack Black and Kyle Gass, released a movie back in 2006.

Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny came at the tail end of the band’s popularity that peaked shortly after they got their own short-lived series on HBO.
