Steven Spielberg is once again putting his cinematic spin on an existing classic.
According to Variety, the legendary filmmaker is developing an original film about the character Frank Bullitt, who was first introduced in the 1968 action classic “Bullitt.”Spielberg is set to direct the as-yet-untitled film, which still needs a script, cast, and distributor.
Josh Singer, who won an Oscar for his screenplay for “Spotlight,” has been tapped to write the screenplay for the film.
