Next week sees the launch of Mark Millar and John Romita Jr.’s new Kick-Ass-2010-movie-posters/”>Kick-Ass comic book, which revamps the series and features the introduction of a new female lead, Patience Lee, a mother and military veteran who takes on the mantle of Kick-Ass, inspired by the heroics of high schooler Dave Lizewski.Last month, Millar revealed that should the new series make it to the big screen, his choice for the role of Patience would be Tessa Thompson, and now the Thor: Ragnarok star has responded to Millar’s comments, stating that she’d be “highly interested” in the role.Valentines Day can’t come soon enough.
