Ant-Man is a movie I’m always arguing with myself over whether or not I should buy it.
On the one hand, it’s not a great movie.
It’s barely a pretty good one.
It’s rife with problems that clearly stem from conflicting visions of what original director Edgar Wright wanted the movie to be and what Marvel dictated it needed to be in order to fit in with the style and tone of the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
