‘Death to 2020’ Review: Netflix Mockumentary Special Is an Unfunny Recap of the Year from Hell

You watch “Death to 2020,” “Black Mirror” creator Charlie Brooke and Annabel Jones’ mockumentary special now streaming on Netflix, with a blank stare.
