The nominations for the 72nd Tony Awards were revealed this morning and proved that Hollywood can dominate the Great White Way more than ever. Granted, film and TV properties making bank on Broadway is nothing new but this year three of the four Best Musical nominees are based on movie or TV shows and three of the five Lead Actor in a Play nominees were nominated or won Oscars over the past three years.
