The Producers Guild of America are announcing the winners in the motion picture and television categories for its 31st Annual Producers Guild Awards on Saturday night at the Hollywood Palladium.The PGA Awards has been one of the most reliable bellwethers for the Oscar for best picture, matching award in 21 of its past 30 years, including “Green Book” last year.
