The Netflix release stars Ryan Reynolds, Mélanie Laurent, Manuel Garcia-Ruffo, Corey Hawkins, Ben Hardy, Adria Arjona, and Dave Franco as members of a covert task force working to depose a Middle Eastern dictator and install a more democratic leader.
