With Netflix’s One Piece live-action series finally out in the world, audiences old and new are discovering the adventures of Monkey D.
Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his crew as they set out for adventure, and to find the titular One Piece treasure.
Based on the long-running, and still ongoing, Manga of the same name by Eiichiro Oda, which itself received a still-ongoing anime adaptation over 20 years ago, there was plenty of existing story for the creatives to draw on in creating this latest adaptation.
