Maybe we should call Sony‘s “Morbius” a trailblazer.

Look, it’s pretty common knowledge/conventional wisdom that theaters aren’t going to be clear of the Covid-19 pandemic til at least July.

So, last week, “Morbius” moved off its spring 2021 release date to the fall.

Then multiple trade reports suggested the same: every major film scheduled for release before July is likely getting pushed.
